This cause came on to be heard on the motion of the United -
States to intervene as a party plaintiff, and the Court having
considered said motion and the complaint tendered therewith, and
it appearing to the Court that the United States should be
permitted to -intervene as prayed, and the Court being duly advised
in the premises, it is
ORDERED, that the United States has leave to intervene in
this cause and is hereby made a party to this cause., and that
this intervention will constitute a notice of lien as to any
proceeds to be received by plaintiff as a result of any settlement
