owing to the Plaintiff, from the Defendants, o~n the Irbrtgage indebtedness
described in the Orn~laint, the stun of Sao Zhousand ZWo Hw~dred Nine
Dollars ($2,209.00), together with interest thereon from the first
day of May, 1979, at the rate of nine and one-half percent (9-1/2$) per
annum, said interest being oanputed as of the 13th day of Mardi, 1980, .
in the amoumt of $200.07, plus $ 124.00 Court Costs, and an attorneys
fee of $ 600.00 , malting a total of $ 6,201.96
due to the Plaintiff.
(3) Zhat the equities of this cause are with the Plaintiff.
(4) Zhat a lien is held by the Plaintiff for the sum
specified in the preoeeding paragraph, superior in dignity to arty riot,
title, interest, or claim of the Defendants in the above-styled cause upon
the following described property t~v-wit

recorded in Plat Boolt 8, Page 17, of the Public Records of
Saint Lucie County, Florida.
(5) If the aforesaid total sum die to the Plaintiff, and all
costs of this proceeding ir~irred subsequent to the date of this Judgment -
are not forthwith paid, the Clerk of the Court shall yell that property '

(6) Zhe Plaintiff shall advance the oust of publication of
s the Notice of Sale and the Clerk's fee for making the sale and shall be
rei~ursed therefore by the Clerk out of the prnoeeds of the sale if
the Plaintiff shall not beoort~e a purchaser of the property.

(7) The Plaintiff may be-a bidder for thepurchase of the
property at the sale. If the Plaintiff shall be the purdhaser at the
sale, the clerk shall credit on the bid of the Plaintiff, the total
lum herein found due to-the Plaintiff or such portion thereof as may

be necessary to pay fully the bid of the Plaintiff, exQept that the sums
