(8) Upon ocnfirmati.on of the sale whether confirmation be by
the Clerk filing the Certificate of Title, or by Order. of this Quart
. ruling upon objections of that sale; the Clerk shall make distribution
of the pr+oceecls of this sale by paying:
(a) All costs and expenses of this proceeding subsequent
to the entry of this Final S~uY[nery Juddrent, includign the ousts of
publishing the Notice of Sale and Clerk's fee for making said sale (unless
the Plaintiff, having already paid for those two items of ousts, shall
be the purdiaser at said sale) , and for the hereinabov~e stat,eci Attorneys'
Flees allowed to atto for the Plaintiff .

(b) The renaining airourits due the Plaintiff with interest j
thereon as provided by statute from the date hereof the date of sale.
(9) Should these be surplus after the payment above specified,
it shall be-paid into the registry of the Court. 3~ould there be a
deficiency, the Clerk shall report the amount thereof to the Court, and
this Court shall retain jurisdiction to enter a deficiency judcynent on }
behalf of the Plaintiff, in the event sudz deficiency should arise as {
a result of said aforementioned sale. -
(10) Upon oonfirnnation of the sale, the Defendants and all

any title, right, interest, claim or denand in or to said property, and

(11) Zhis Court retains jurisdiction of this cause to settle all

other questions that this Court has jurisdiction to settle wider the
Canplaint in which the proceedings therein had not settled by this or
previous Jud~cyrnnts or Orders in this cause, as the Court shall dean
proper in equity, and as the circ~m~starwes of this case may require .
