FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE having come on for trial on the 11th day
of March, 1980, and the Court having heard argument of counsel
and testimony of witnesses and being otherwise fully advised
in the premises, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the plaintiff transferred his interest
in that certain note and mortgage payable to him by Barrie
Reed's Auto Plaza,. Inc., a Florida corporation, said mortgage
being recorded in O. R. Book 297, Page 2471, Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, to defendant by assignment of
mortgage recorded in O. R. Book 315, Page 212 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
f 2. -That the defendant obtained an undivided one-half
(1/2) interest .in the real property set forth-in that certain
deed recorded in O. R. Book 148, Page 479, Public Records of

3. That the above interests were transferred by the
plaintiff to the defendant in contemplation of marriage, that
~ such gifts were conditioned upon the parties being married and
that•such marriage never occurred. -
4. That the defendant is to transfer her interest
in -the above-described note and mortgage and real property to

plaintiff within ten (10) days of the date of this Order. In
the event the defendant fails to effect such a transfer within
ten (10) days of the date of this Order, then said interests
shall be conveyed by virtue of this Order.
