the amount of Seven Thousand and 00/100ths ($-7,000.00) Dollars
for having provided a home for the plaintiff during the time
that the parties were living together, and. that said amount shall
constitute a lien against the note and mortgage and real property
described above until said sum is paid in full.

defendant against the plaintiff; the defendant/counterplaintiff
is awarded the sum of Two Thousand Five Hundred and 00/100ths
($2,500.00) Dollars as damages against the plaintiff/counter-
defendant, and that said amount shall constitute a lien against
the note and mortgage and real property described above until
said sum is paid in full.
7. That the money presently held in the Registry
of the Circuit Court shall be first paid to defendant/counter-
plaintiff to satisfy the sums awarded her herein.
8. That the plaintiff/counterdefendant shall pay to .the
defendant/counterplaintiff one-half (1/2) of the mortgage payments
received by him on the note and mortgage described herein until
~ the balance of the amounts awarded defendant/counterplaintiff

herein are paid in full.

9. That each party shall bear his or her own
attorneys' fees and costs incurred in this action.
