THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the Plaintiffs' Motion to Compel
Answers to Interrogatories to the Defendants, MIKITA and NATIONWIDE which were
propounded to them on the 11th day of February, 1980, and the Court having heard
argument of counsel, and being fully advised in the premises, it is, thereupon,

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that said Motion is hereby GRANTED, and that the
