The petition of FRANK J. LYNCH, JR. for the appointment
of a guardian of the person and property of OVE MUNCH, coming on
this day to be heard and it appearing to the Court that said person
is incompetent because of aneurism of the brain and senility caused
by aging process, and that it is necessary for a guardian to be
appointed; and the court having jurisdiction and being fully advised;
it is

guardian of the person and property of OVE MUNCH, incompetent.
