SATISFACTION OF AGREEMENT !

by BRADFORD L. JEFFERSON to HAROLD F. JEFFERSON, bearing the

of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, State -
of Florida, securing a certain note in the principal sum of
