-JOHN A. ROSCHMAN, individually and as trustee, the
holder of the mortgage executed by SAND DOLLAR VILLAS OEVELOPb1ENT
CORPORATION, a Florida corporation to JOHN A. ROSCHMAN, as
trustee, dated December 28, 1978, and recorded in Official
Records Book 300, page 2107, etc., public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, for good and valuable consideration
to him paid receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby
on this 2/ ~r day of January, 1980, releases from the lien of
that mortgage, the real property in that County described !
as:
That certain Condominium parcel composed of Apartment '
No. 623 , and an undivided 1/31 share in those common
elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and ~
subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions,
terms and other provisions of that Declaration of
_ Condominium of SAND DOLLAR VILLAS~CONDOMINIUM A, as
recorded in Official Records Book 324 page 1952, etc.,
of the public records of St. Lucie Count Florida, and
all amendments thereto recorded in the said public .records,
without impairing the lien of that mortgage on the remaining
part of the property described in that mortgage.
