I HEREBY CERTIFY that on this day, before me, an officer duly authorized in the
State and County aforesaid to take acknowledgments, personally appeared Tony Sotolongo,
well known to me to be the President of the corporation named as Grantor in the foregoing
deed, and that he acknowledged executing the same -in the presence of two subscribing
witnesses freely and voluntarily under authority duly vested in him by said corporation
and that the seal affixed thereto is the true corporate seal of said corporation. !

.The G`ranteG~by acceptance and execution of this Warranty Deed acknowledges that
this conveyance i~ subject to the provisions of the Declaration of Condominium described
above, including the provisions of all of its exhibits. The Grantee agrees to be bound
by all of said provisions; the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all of -said provisions
are reasonable, fair and equitable; the Grantee hereby impresses a lien upon the land and
real property described above, as security for his obligations as described in said
Declaration of Condominium and its exhibits; and the Grantee acknowledges and agrees
that said Declaration of Condominium and its exhibits and the Purchase Agreement executed ~
by the Grantor and the Grantee contain all of the warranties, representations and induce-
ments concerning the purchase-by the Grantee of the land and real property described above.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantees have hereunto set their hands and seals this 1 3th
day of March 1980.
