I HEREBY CERTIFY that on this day, before me, an officer duly authorized in the
State and County aforesaid. to take acknowledgments, personally appeared Tony Sotolongo,
well known to me to be the President of the corporation named as Grantor in the foregoing ~
deed, and.that he acknowledged executing the same in the presence of two subscribing

ACKNOWLEDGMENT ANO RATIFICATION BY GRANTEE
The Grantee by acceptance and execution of this Warranty Deed acknowledges that
this conveyance is subject to the provisions of the Declaration of Condominium described
above, including the provisions of all of its exhibits. The Grantee agrees to be bound
by all of said provisions; the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all of said provisions.
are reasonable, fair and equitable; the Grantee hereby impresses a lien upon the land and
real property described above, as security for his obligations as described in said
Declaration of Condominium and its exhibits; and the Grantee acknowledges and .agrees
that. said Declaration of Condominium and its exhibits and the Purchase Agreement executed .
by the Grantor and the Grantee contain all of the warranties, representations and induce-
ments concerning the purchase by the Grantee of the land and real property described above.
