28, 1978, and recorded in Official Records Book 300, Page 2112, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, for good and valuable consider-
ation to him paid, ec t of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby

and an undivided 1/31 share in those common elements appurtenant
thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, condi-
tions, restrictions, tesms~and other provisions of that Declara-
tion of Condominium of SAND DOLLAR VILLAS CONDOMINIUM A, as
recorded in Official Records .Book 324, Page 1952, and as amended
in Official Records Book 324, Page 2019, all in the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
