The Grantee by acceptance and execution of this Warranty Deed acknowledges that
this coaiveyanoe is subject to-the provisions of the Declaratirn of Condaninium described
above, including the provisions of all of its exhibits. The Grantee agrees to be bound
by all of said provisiens; the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all of said provisiens
are reasonable, fair and editable; the Grantee hereby i~resses a lien upon the ].and
and real property described above, as security for his obligations as described in said
Declaration of Condan:nium and its exhibits; and the Grantee acknaaledges and agrees
that said Declaration of Condaniniun and its exhibits and the contract for sale and
purchase executed by the Grantor and Grantee contain all of the warranties, representations
and inducements concerning the purchase by the Grantee of the land and real property
described above .
