O R D E R
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon Respondent's oral
motion to discontinue support payments as ordered by this Court
on the 27th day of November, 1979, for the reason that Petitioner's
present whereabouts are unknown to Respondent ands in addition,
the state of New Jersey has advised Petitioner voluntarily with-
. drew from public assistance as of January 1, 1980; Respondent
being present in Court and the Court being fully advised in the
premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Respondent shall not be
obligated to make the monthly payments. of $100.00 for current .
child support as provided in Order of this Court dated November
27, 1979; however, it shall be the responsibility of the Office
of State Attorney, 19th Judicial Circuit, in and .for St. Lucie
County, Florida, to determine whether or not Respondent is
f obligated for the arrearages due and to report its findings back
to this Court, giving Respondent notice to be present.
