ORDER "
This cause came on for hearing on March 24, 1980, at 9:00 A.M.,
and the Court having heard argument of counsel and being fully advised in the
premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

1. Commencing the ~ day of , 1980, JOSEPH THORNTON,
Respondent, shall pay to MARGARET KOLMEL, Petitioner, the sum of TWELVE DOLLARS
($12.00) each and every week for the support of LAURIE ANN DE TUCCIO. Each ~
payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly
to RHODE ISLAND FAMILY COURT, Bookkeeping Department, 22 Hayes Street, Providence,
Rhode Island, 02908. In addition, there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as
statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the.Clerk. All payments

~ shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties
are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence
addresses at all times while this Order is in effect. This award being based
upon the Court's finding that there has been no petition for modification-filed ~
herein and that the Court has already previously ruled herein in Case Nos. 73=830,
76-1244 and 77-894 that the sum of TWELVE DOLLARS ($12.00) is the amount of money.
to which the Petitioner is entitled.

2. It is further Ordered hereby that any amounts of money being ~
presently held in escrow by the Clerk of this Court as amounts paid for support

previously by the Respondent, JOSEPH THORNTON, shall be forthwith remitted promptly
