IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Petitioner's

Petition For Support is hereby dismissed based upon B,e~spondent's
sworn statement and evidence presented to the court showing that _
Petitioner became a resident of the state of Florida immediately
after filing for assistance in the state of Pennsylvania in the
month of January, 1980.
