This cause was duly presented by the State Attorney and the Respondent having been present in
Court, and the Court being advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent pay to the Petitioner for the benefit of

NANCY PRENTICE, born 10/18/63
minor child~i, the sum of S 20.00 per week plus and additional~t~f10 $2:00
for payment of Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support payments.
These payments are to begin on the
4th day of April 19 8 0 , 'and thereafter on Friday
of each and every ~ week that said payments shall be made in cash, by cashier's check
or by postal money order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County,
P. O. Box 700, Fort Pierce, Florida .
Florida,~and the said Clerk shall transmit -the said payments to Child Su ort Enforcement
Section, 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida 32301 or trans-
mittal, to the State of New York as. long as the case is certified as
a Tit e - case. a er rt-
~ went of Health & Rehabilitative~l5ervices that the case is no longer a
IV-D case he will then forward all support to: St. Lawrence County
Support Collection Unit, Harold B. Smith O ice Bui ing, an on,
New York 13617.
That this Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause for the purpose of enforcing this Order
and entering such further orders as may be deemed equitable.
