THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing upon Petitioner's
Rule To Show~Cause and Respondent being present in court and the
court. being fully advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Respondent shall pay the sum
of $25.00 per week child support as ordered by this court on the
15th day of August, 1979; said weekly payments to commence on
the 28th day of March, 1980, and continuing on Friday of ea dt and
every week until further Order of this Court. In addition to
the sum of $25.00 ger week for child support there is hereby assessed
an additional $2.00 per payment for payment of Clerk's fee for re-
ceiving and disbursing support payments and the said Clerk is
directed to disburse support payments in accordance with the Order R
of this Court dated August 15, 1979.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Respondent shall
appear before the court within three months from date to show unto
the court in what manner he will pay the $600.00 arrearage due
through March 21, 1980, under the Order of this court dated August
15, 1979.
