This cause was duly presented by the State Attorney and the Respondent having been present in
Court, and the Court being advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent pay to the Petitioner for the benefit of
DAWN HOGAN, born 12/12/67 and VARIAN HOGAN, born 9/12/69
minor children, the sum of S ~ ~ - ~ ~ ~eek per ch> > d plus and additional ![ic8lit $ 2.00
for payment of Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support payments.
These payments are to begin on the _
4th day of April 19 80 ,and thereafter on Friday
of each and every _ week that. said payments shall be made in cash, by cashier's check
or by postal money order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County,
P. O. Drawer 700, Fort Pierce, Florida,
Floridan and the said Clerk shall. transmit the said payments to Monroe County Support
Collection Unit, P. O. Box 3328, Rochester, New York.

That this Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause for the purpose of enforcing this Order
and entering such further orders as may be deemed equitable.
