for payment of Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support payments.
These payments are to begin on the

of each and every week that said payments shall be made in cash, by cashier's check

or by postal money order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County,
P. O. Drawer 700, Fort Pierce, Florida,
Florida,/and the said -Clerk shall transmit the said payments to Clerk of the Court of
Common Pleas, Alimony & Support Department, 1st Floor, Justice Center,
1200.Ontario Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113. (Indicate on checks Case
No. A 8202). Peti):ioner is advised to submit medical bills incurred on
behalf of minor child to Respondent for reimbursement by his insurance company.
That this Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause for the purpose of enforcing this Order
and entering such further orders as may be deemed equitable. s
