This cause was duly presented by the State Attorney and the Respondent having been present in '
Court, and the Court being advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent pay to the Petitioner for the benefit of

minor children, the sum of S 78.96 per month/ plus and additional >i~G~ $2.00
for payment of Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support payments. -
These payments are to begin on the
15th day of April 19 80 ,and thereafter on 15th
of each and every month that said payments shall be made in cash, by cashier's check
or by postal money order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County,
P. O. Drawer 700, Fort Pierce, Florida,
Florida/and the said Glerk shall transmit the said payments to Jefferson County ~
~ District Court Cashier, 600 West Jefferson, Louisville, Kentucky 40202.
When Respondent becomes gainfully employed, he shall pay the sum of $25.00
per week per child pursuant to Decree of Dissolution of Marriage.
That this Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause for the purpose of enforcing this Order
and entering such further orders as may be deemed equitable. -
