HOLWELL, ) FEES AND OTHER RELIEF - t Respondent/Husband. ) _ i - THIS ACTION was first heard on 2rlarch 21, 1980 upon the Petitioner/Wife's Motion for Temporary Relief and the Court having heard testimony of both the Petitioner/Wife and the Respondent/Husband and being otherwise advised in the premises, it is ADJUDGED that: - s 4 1. The Wife shall, during the pendancy of this action be entitled to the exclusive possession and use of the - marital abode of the parties generally-described as Unit 1C of Villa del Sol, a condominium located at 11000 N.E. Ocean - Boulevard, in Jensen Beach, St. Lucie County, Florida together - with such use of tae furniture and furnishings located therein. 2. During the pendancy of this action the Respondent/ Husband shall pay all mortgage payments and condominium maintenance and lease charges due or to become due on the - aforedescribed marital abode. 3. During the pendancy of this action the Respondent/ Husband shall pay all electricity bills and telephone bills due and existing or to become due resulting from the Petitioner/Wife's exclusive use of the marital abode. - 4. During the pendancy of this action the Respondent/ ~ Husband shall be entitled to the exclusive use and possession of the 1979 Dodge automobile and the Petitioner/Wife the exclusive use and possession of the 1972 Oldsmobile automobile. 5. During the pendancy of this action, the Respondent/ - Husband shall cause-to remain in full force and effect that health i and life insurance coverage presently covering the Petitioner/Wife and offered through and at the Respondent/Husband's place of 8~ ~ PAC~f i~
