During the pendancy of this action, the Respondent/Husband shall pay or keep current those payments due on the existing bills of the parties and shall pay those sums charged by the Petitioner/Wife on the oil company credit cards for the cost of the reasonable oil, gas~and automobile mainten- an~e used by the Petitioner/Wife from time to time. } 7. Respondent/Husband shall pay the Petitioner/Wife the sum of $100.00 per week as temporary alimony the same which shall be due on Monday of each week with the first such payment due directly to the Wife on Monday, March 24, 1980. All such subsequent weekly payments shall be paid to the Clerk. of this Court and by him remitted promptly to Beth Holwell. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the f parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of f their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this Order is in effect. 8. Respondent/Husband shall pay directly to i Petitioner's attorney, Bruce A. Koebe, the sum of $300.00 as ~i temporary attorney's fees the name which shall be due on or before April 30, 1980. 9. The Husband is further, during the pendancy of i this action, hereby restrained from molesting, harrassing, annoying, threatening or in any way attempting to communicate with the Wife or coming about tae person of the Wife. 10. The parties shall use every possible reasonable effort to forward each others mail to the other art as soon as P Y possible. ~ 11.
