That the interest rate chargeable to said Promissory Note is increased from 9~~ per annum to 15X per annum, said interest to be applied first to said monthly installments of X216.69 until the balance of said Promissory Note and Mortgage securing same is fully paid, said interest rate of 15X per annum to be applied to the next ensueing payment due on said Promissory Note after the date of this agreement. 3. That the undersigned, PANAGIOTIS N. ZACHARAKIS, hereby assumes and agrees to pay the above described Mortgage of E. H. KLUEPPELBERG, JR. and does hereby save and hold harmless said E. H. KLUEPPELBERG, JR. from any and all damages or actions which may arise in connection with said Promissory Note and Mortgage and does hereby release said E. H. KLUEPPELBERG, JR. from any and all responsibility and any future payments due and payable to FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE on said Promissory Note and Mortgage. 4. ANITA M. LOPRESTI as the Guarantor of the payment of the above described Promissory Note and Mortgage hereby agrees to save and hold harmless and does hereby indemnify said E. H. KLUEPPELBERG, JR. from any and all responsibility for any further payments on the above described Promissory Note and Mortgage. - 5. .FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE by the execution of this agreement does hereby recognize PANAGIOTIS N. ZACHARAKIS as the Payor and ANITA M. LOPRESTI as the Guarantor of the balance due on the above described Promissory Note and Mortgage. ~ 6. That, except as hereinabove provided, the terms, conditions and ~ - covenants of the aforesaid Promissory Note and Mortgage shall remain in full force and effect.
