1980, by SAND DOLLAR VILLAS DEVELOPMF~NT CORPORATION, a Florida
Corporation, hereinafter called "Developer", for itself, its
successors and assigns.
• W I T N E S S E T H
WHEREAS, the Developer executed and recorded that ~ ~ -
certain Declaration of Condominium of Sand Dollar Villas Condo-
minium A which is recorded in Official Record Book 324, Page
1952, St. Lucie County, Florida, public records; and,
WHEREAS, Exhibit A-4 to said Declaration, which
Exhibit is recorded in Official Record Book 324, Page 1986, is
in error and should, in fact, be set forth as in Exhibit A
attached hereto and made a part hereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Developer hereby makes the following
• :\r~~endment to .the abovesaid Declaration of Condominium, to-wit:

1. That Exhibit A-4 to the Declaration of Condominium

of Sand Dollar Villas Condominium A, which Exhibit is recorded
~ in Official Record Book 324, Page •1986, St. Lucie County, Florida,
public records, be and is hereby deleted in its entirety from
said Declaration of Condominium and in substitution. and lieu

• therefore Exhibit A which is attached to this Amendment is put
r in its place and stead.

2. That Exhibit A attached hereto is the true repre-
sentation of the First Floor Plan of Sand Dollar Villas Condominium
