PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED
THIS INDENTURE, executed March 26 1980 between
SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, 111 Orange. Avenue,
Fort Pierce, Florida, a banking institution incorporated under the
laws of the State of Florida, as personal representative of the
Estate of WILLIAM H. SCHULZ, Deceased, Party of the
First Part, and WAYNE E. ALLEN and JoANN ALLEN, his wife ,Party
of the Second Part, 2050 South U.S. 1, Fort Pierce, FL 33450
W I T N E S S E T H

the power of sale contained in the Will of the decedent, ,

good and valuable consideration in hand paid, grants, bargains,
