RELATIVE TO UNIT

SSA PALMS CONDOMINIUM, INC., a non-profit Florida corporation
(to which reference is hereinafter made ae the Association) hereb~r
certifies as follows:
1. The Association has heretofore been advised of the proposed
Dale by Ernest Oliphant
to Conrad & Gertrude Blasius -
of the following described real
property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida:
That certain condominium parcel composed of
Apartment Unit 1205 • and
an undivided ,-7 share in those common elements
appurtenant thereto -in accordance with and subject
to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, terms, and
other provisions of that Declaration of Condominium of
Sea Palms Condominium, Inc., a Condominium, and associated
documents.
2. That pursuant to the provisions of the said Declaration of.
Condominium of Sea Palms Condaninium, Inc., ap amended, and the -
supportipg documents, the Association does hereby express its approval
of the aforesaid sale and purchase subject nevertheless to the
covenants, restrictions, limitations, conditions and uses, tents and
other provisions of the said Declaration as amended, and other
condaninitna instruments as so recorded.
