Adoption of JEFFERY PAUL DAVIS, : a minor, : By: FOREST WILLIAM HAUGHIE III and : ROSEMARY HAUGHIE, his wife, Petitioners. ~ FINAL DECREE OF ADOPTION This cause coming on to be heard before me this date on Petition of FOREST WILLIAM HAUGHIE III joined by his wife, ROSEMARY HAUGHIE, petitioning fora Final Decree of Adoption, and it appearing to the Court that the natural mother of the minor child has signed legal consent to the adoption of said minor and the Court being advised in the premises finds: 1. That the petitioner, FOREST WILLIAM HAUGHIE III, is a fit and proper person to adopt the said minor child named in the petition, and that the best interest of said minor will be promoted by such adoption. a: 2. (b) That the said minor known as JEFFERY PAUL DAVIS is given the lawful name of and shall henceforth be-known as JEFFERY PAUL HAUGHIE. ~ (c) That the said minor is hereby declared to be the legal child and lawful heir of FOREST WILLIAM HAUGHIE III and ROSEMARY .HAUGHIE, his wife, the same as if he had been born to the adopting parents in lawful wedlock.
