17. This instrument shall inure to the benefit

of and bind the parties hereto and their respective heirs,
administrators, executors, successors and assigns, as well as -
any subsequent owner of the Property or units in the Condo-
miniums subject to the lien of the Mortgage and any assignee
of the Mortgage. -
18. Ali communications required under this assign-
ment shall~be in writing, and shall be sent by registered or
certified first class mail, postage prepaid, addressed to
Assignor at the address set forth in the heading of this
assignment, and addressed to Assignee at the address set
forth in the heading of this assignment, or to such other
address as either party may designate from time to time by
notice to the other in-the manner set forth herein.
19. This assignment shall be governed by and _
construed according to the laws of the State of New York for
agreements made and to be performed wholly within the State
of NPw York. - ~
