COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
Re: The following described lot, piece or pacel of land,
situate, lying and being in the County of St. Lucie,
State of Florida, to-wit:
The Southwest one-quarter (SW 1/4) of the Southeast one-
quarter (SE 1/4) and the Southeast one-quarter (SE 1/4)
of the Southeast one-quarter (SE 1/4), lying and being
Southerly of Ten (10) mile Creek (Canal No. 71); all
in Section 29, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, St.
Lucie County, Florida.
On this day, before me, the undersigned authority,
personally appeared MARY L. CONRAD, who, after being by me
first duly sworn, did depose and say:
1) That she, as the unremarried, surviving spouse of
ELKINS H-. CONRAD, has personal knowledge of the facts herein
alleged.
2) That she was continuously married to the said
