east one-quarter (SE 1/4) and the Southeast one-
quarter (SE 1/4) of the Southeast one-quarter
- (SE 1/4), lying and being Southerly of Ten (10)
Mile Creek (Canal No. 71); all in Section 29,
Township 35 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie
County, Florida.
On this day, before me, the undersigned authority, i
