WARRANTY DEED;
THIS WARRANTY DEED, Made the 27th day of March ,
1980, by ALFRED SAVINELLI, individually and as Trustee, an
MENA SAVINELLI, his wife; and ALFRED SAVINELLI and MENA SAVINTLLI,
as a majority of the surviving members of the last Board of Directors
of SAVINELLI GROVES, INC., a dissolved Florida corporation, and thus
as Trustees for said dissolved Florida corporation, hereinafter
called the Grantors, to ADAMS RANCH, INC., a Florida corporation,
whose post office address is P. O. Box 1030, Fort Pierce, Florida,
33450, hereinafter called the Grantee: -
WITNESSETH:

` That the Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of `
$10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise,
release, convey and confirm unto the Grantee, all that certain
land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
A parcel of land lying in part Section 29 and 32, Township
35 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida,
being more particularly described as follows: -
From the Northeast corner of said Section 32, run S 02°46'06" W
along the Section line, 1458.58 feet, thence run R' 87°13'54"-W,
25 feet to the West right of way line for Hawley Road
for the Point of Beginning, thence run Northwesterly
along a curve concave to the Northeast, (said curve
having a central angle of 90° and a radius of 266.55
feet) a distance of 418.70 feet, thence run N 02°46'06"
E, 175.96 feet, thence run N 77°17'28" W, 537.78 feet,
thence run S 87°54'16" W, 1225.8 feet, thence run N
00°55'06" E, 1188 feet to the top of the South bank
. of Canal No. 71, thence run Southeasterly along the
top of bank 2457 feet to the West right of way line -
for Hawley Road, thence run S 02°46'06" W along said
right of way line 584 feet to the Point of Beginning.
The-above contains 42.65 net acres. -
TOGETHER, with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever. 6
AND the Grantors hereby covenant with said Grantee that the
Grantors constitute a majority of the surviving members of the
last Board of Directors of Savinelli Groves, Inc., a dissolved
Florida corporation; that the Grantors are lawfully seized of said
land in fee simple; that the Grantors have good right and lawful
authority to sell and convey said land; that the Grantors hereby
fully warrant the title to said land and will defend the same .
against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever; and that said t
land is free of all encumbrances, eYCept-taxes accruing subsequent
to December 31, 1979. - '
