EASEMENT FOR DRAINAGE AND IRRIGATION
THIS EASEMENT, made and executed this 28th day of
.March , 1980, by and between ADAMS RANCH, INC.-, a
Florida corporation, hereinafter called the Grantor, and ALFRED
SAVINELLI, as Trustee, hereinafter called the Grantee: j

W I T N E S S E T H:
For and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00)
and other good and valuable considerations paid by the Grantee
to the Grantor, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the'
Grantor by these presents does grant, convey and set over unto
said Grantee, his heirs, personal representatives and assigns,
a 60=foot easement as measured from East to Wes t_, running North
to South, over and upon the following described real property:
A parcel of land lying in part Section 29 and 32,
Township 35 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County,
Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
From the Northeast corner of said Section 32, run
-S 02°46'06" W along the Section line, 1458.58 feet,
thence run N 87°13'54" W, 25 feet to the West right
of way line for Hawley Road for the Point of Beginning,
thence run Northwesterly along a curve concave to
the Northeast, (said curve having a central angle
of 90° and a radius-of 266.55 feet) a distance of
418.70 feet, thence run N 02°46'06" E, 175.96 feet,
thence run N 77°17'28" W, 537.78 feet, thence run
S 87°54'16" W, 1225.8 feet, thence run N 00°55'06" -
E, 1188 feet to the top of the South bank of Canal
No. 71, thence run Southeasterly along the. top of
bank 2457 feet to the West right of way line for
Hawley Road, thence run 5-02°46'06" W along said
right of way line 584 feet to the Point of Beginning.
The above contains 42.65 net acres. _ I
said easement being as delineated upon that certain sketch prepared y
by Hellstrom & Associates, Consulting Engineers, Project No. 78-102,
dated August 10, 1979, for the following purposes:
1. Drawing, discharging and transporting drainage and
irrigation water to and from Ten Mile Creek for the'~~benefit
of the lands of Grantee lying immediately South of the real
property encumbered hereby. _ _ _
