2. Maintaining, cleaning, enlarging, and diking of the
drainage and irrigation ditch presently situate upon the easement
parcel described herein.
3. Maintaining, modifying or replacing of all water control
structures and equipment, including pumps and pump motors, now
located upon the easement parcel, the ownership of which is
retained by Grantee.
SAVING AND RESERVING unto Grantor the right to place
structures in or upon said easement parcel so long as the
same do not impair or impede the flow of drainage or irrigation
waters from and to the property of Grantee intended to be
benefited hereby.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused this Easement
to be executed in its corporate name, by its proper officer
thereunto duly. authorized, and its corporate seal to be hereunto
affixed, on this, the day and year first above written.
