I, MELVIN I~LMS, of Fort Pierce, Florida, do hereby

make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,
and hereby revoke any and all other Wills and Codicils hereto-

fore made by me.

CLAUSE I. I-direct my Executrix, hereinafter named, to
pay, out of my estate, all of my just debts, including the ex-
penses of my last illness, and funeral expenses.
CLAUSE II. I give and bequeath the sum of One Hundred
($100.00) Dollars to each of my children, - to-wit: '
JERRY W. HELMS, now of Fort Pierce, Florida.
DAVID HELMS, now of Fort Pierce, Florida. i
NANCY H. PAUL, now of Fort Pierce, Florida. ,
CLAUSE III. I give, devise and bequeath all the rest,
residue and remainder of my property, real and personal, wherever
'i situate, and whether acquired before or after the execution of

this Will, to my wife, ELEANOR HELMS, in fee simple as her own
i
f" absolutely.

CLAUSE IV. I hereby nominate my wife, ELEANOR HELMS, to -
be Executrix of this Will, and I desire that she be allowed to

serve without bond.- I invest my Executrix with full power and
authority to sell, convey, transfer, assign, mortgage and align
:any and all real estate necessary or proper to be sold, conveyed,
assi ned ali ned or mort a ed for the ose of carr in out

~ this Will without the intervention of any Court or other proceeding.
