The Trust, as to the remaining assets, after the payment of funeral and other expenses as provided above in paragraph A hereof, shall continue during the lifetime of said Grantor's husband, and to be administered as follows: 1. To pay to him all of the income from said Trust no less often than i y quarterly. t 2. In addition thereto to p.3y to him or to apply for his benefit any amount of principal the Trustee in its discretion may from time to tune determine advis- 1 able to provide for his support, comfort and well being as long as he lives. 3. That said Grantor's hrisband shall have the right at any time, or from ~ tune to time, by instrument in writing delivered to the Trustee, to amend or revoke the trust created hereby in whole or in part. • ~ 4. He shall have the .right at any time to add to the trust fund other property acceptable to the Trustee, which additional property, upon the acceptance i a 3 by the Trustee, shall be come part of the trust. _ t S. He shall have a general power to appoint by will the corpus and any accrued interest of this trust among whomever he chooses. Upon the death of Grantor's husband, Jiollis R. hope, or in the event ~ he pred`ceases the Grantor, or fails to specifically exr~rcise the power herein given r I him, I direct that the remainder of this trust be paid to the Grantor's daughter, Gail Jiensc~hel, or if said daughter is not living at such time, then to her living issue in equal shares by right of representation. 1'IFTN: The Trustee is hereby authorized and empowered: - ~ ~ A.
