TRUST ADDENDUM ~ce~t~~Kl~~f~[n.....
THIS AGREEMENT being an addendum to the Trust Agreement entered into
September 28, 1978, between LILLIAN V. HOPE, hereinafter referred to as Grantor,

and the FIRST AM>;RICAN BANK & TRUST CO. , hereinafter referred to as Trustee.
For good and valuable consideration, the said September 28, 1978 Trust ~ ~
is hereby amended as follows: ~

FIRST: Sub-paragraphs 3, 4, and 5 of Par~syraph Fow-th, Sub-parayraph B,
are hereby deleted, and said provisions are rendered null and void, together with
the following phrase in Sub-paragraph 6 of parayraph FouriiZ Sub-parayraph B,
vis: "or fails to specifically exercise the power herein given him. . "
SECOND: `The trust created by the agreement of September 2$, 1978,
between the parties hereto shall contain the following further provision: This '
indenture and the trust hereby created are irrevocable by the Grantor's husband.
T1-iIRD: The said Trust Agreement shall be construed and administered

and the validity of the trust hereby created shall bz determined in accordance
with the laws of the State of Wisconsin. .
FOURTI~: In all other respects, the Trust Agreement of September 28, 1978,

FIFTH: The ex`cution of this Addendum Agreement by the Trustee evidences
its acce;.t.:nce of the changes and ~~dditions hereby made to said trust.
