THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on the Petition
for Confirmation of Sale of TERRY LEE ALBRIGHT, Personal Representa-
tive of the Estate of CHARLES WILLIAM ALBRIGHT, deceased, and the
Court having considered the petition and the file herein, it is

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Petition for Confirmation
of Sale be and it is hereby granted and the sale of the real property,
described as follows: -
Lot 5, Block 2, FORT PIERCE HIGHLANDS,
Unit No. 1, St. Lucie County, Florida
for the amount of $22,500.00 shall be and it is hereby confirmed
