PETITION FOR FINAL DISCHARGE [
OF CO-PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES #
The petitioners, John L. Carson, III and David G. Carson,
individually and as co-personal representatives of the above
estate, allege:
1. Petitioners in their individual capacities acknowledge
receipt of their distributive shares of the above estate, pursu-
ant to the order of final distribution entered herein on the
~ 31st day of January, 1980.
2. -Nothing remains to be done for the completion of the j
j administration, and petitioners should be discharged as the 1
co-personal representatives herein.
3. Bond having been expressly waived by order of this
court dated August 6, 1979, there is no surety to be_released
~ from liability. ,

WHEREFORE, petitioners pray this court enter its order
i
- discharging them of and from all further liability as the fi
~ ,
co-personal representatives of the estate of John L. Carson,
deceased.
Under penalties of perjury, we declare we have read the
foregoing, and the facts alleged are true to the best of our ~
knowledge and belief.
