PETITION FOR AUTHORITY TO SELL REAL PROPERTY ~

Comes now ALBERTA M. JAHN, Personal Representative ~
of the Estate of FRED GEORGE JAHN, also known as FRED JAHN, i

deceased, and respectfully represents as follows:
1. That the decedent died on July 9, 1979, owning
a one-third (1/3) interest in the following described real
property in St. Lucie County, to-wit:
That part of Tract 15, Block 4, Section 12,
Township 37 South, Range 40 East, ST. LUCIE GARDENS, according to
the Plat thereof as recorded in Page 1, Page 35, -of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, lying~East of U. S. Highway
#1, Less and Except the following described Tract: Begin at
intersection of East right of way line•of U. S. Highway #1 and
the North line of the said Lot 15, and run Southeasterly along ,
East right of way line 300 feet to a point; thence run

Northeasterly 180 feet, more or less, to a point in East line of
said Lot 15, which is 240 feet South of Northeast corner of Lot
15; thence run North along East line of Lot 15, 240 feet to the
l
Northeast corner thereof; and thence run West along North line
300 feet to the point of beginning.
2. Petitioner has received an offer to purchase

the real property described above from WILLIAM LO BRUTTO and
HAROLD H. GOLDMAN at a price of $75,000.00, of which the estate
` is entitled to one-third (1/3) to-wit: $25,000.00, pursuant to

the terms and conditions of a Contract for Sale and Purchase, a

t
copy of which is attached to and made a part of this Petition. •
3. It is in the best interest of the estate and of
HAROLDH.GOLOMAN those persons interested in the estate that the real property
