WHEREFORE, Peti-tioner requests that the Court enter
an Order authorizing Petitioner to sell and convey the one-third
(1/3) interest in and to the real property described above to.
WILLIAM LO BRUTTO and HAROLD H. GOLDMAN, and to pay from the
gross proceeds of said sale the one-third-portion of all
necessary and customary expenses of sale, pursuant to the
Contract for Sale and Purchase attached to and made apart of
this Petition.'
