INSTALLMENT SALE CONTRACT
THIS CONTRACT is eniered into this S~ day of

March, 1980, by and between WILLIAM R. JAHN, ALBERT M. LOREN20
and ALBERTA M. JAHN, in her own right and as Personal
Representative of the Estate 'of FRED GEORGE JA[~N, Deceased, all
of the City of Port St. Lucie, St. Lucie County, Florida,
hereinafter referred to as "Sellers", and WILLIAM LO BRUTTO and
HAROLD A. GOLDMAN, of the City of Port St. Lucie, County of St.
Lucie, Florida, hereinafter referred to as 'Buyers"..
WHEREAS, the Sellers are the owners of certain
real property situate in the City of Port St. Lucie, St. Lucie
County, Florida, as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
WHEREAS, Sellers desire to .sell and Buyers desire
_ to purchase the aforesaid property for the purchase price and on
the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.
NOW THEREFORE WITNESSETH:
IN CONSIDERATION of the reciprocal promises and in ~

furtherance of their objective, Sellers agree to sell and Buyers -
agree to purchase from the Sellers the aforesaid property,
including all rights and appurtenances incident thereto, subject
j ~ only to the matters as hereinafter set forth, the parties agree
~ ~ ~
as follows:
~ 1. The entire purchase price for the property is
the sum of SEVENTY FIVE THOUSAND AND NO/100 ($75,000.00)
DOLLARS. '

2. The sum of TEN THOUSAND AND NO/100 f
1510,000.00) DOLLARS, shall be paid by the Buyers at the time of-
closing as hereinafter defined. _

3. The balance of the purchase price in the sum
of SIXTY FIVE THOUSAND AND NO/100 ($65,000.00) DOLLARS shall be
paid within six (6) months from the date of said closing plus
interest on the unpaid balance at the rate of twelve (12$)
percent until paid.
4. Upon payment of the aforesaid sum of SIXTY .
