10. The parties acknowledge that default shall hr

at the offices of HAROLD H. GOLDMAN, ESQUIRE, 8028 South Federal

10:00 A.M.. At the time of the closing Sellers shall be
responsible for the~cost of the title Abstract and Buyers shall
be responsible for the payment of the recording of this Agreement
and all documentary stamps required to be affixed hereto.
