ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE OF REAL PROPERTY _
This cause came on to be heard on the Petition for
Authority to Sell Real Property filed herein by ALBERTA M. JAHN,
Personal Representative of the estate of FRED GEORGE JAHN, also
known as FRED JAHN, Deceased. The Court finds that no Notice of
the Petition is necessary, the surviving spouse and Personal
Representative being the sole heir under the Last Will and
Testament of the Decedent. It appearing to the Court that the
Personal Representative has received an offer to purchase the
one-third (1/3) interest of the estate to said property for -
$25,000.00, payable as evidenced in the Contract for Sale and
Purchase attached to the Petition and marked as Exhibit "A",
subject only to the payment of one-third (1/3) of the customary
expenses of sale, pursuant to the Contract for Sale and Purchase;
~ that the terms and conditions. of the Contract for Sale. and
Purchase and the price stated therein are in all respects fair
and reasonable; that the sale of said property is in the best
interest of the estate and of those persons interested in the
estate; and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the
premises, it is therefore: _
ORDERED AND AUTUDGED that ALBERTA M. JAHN, as
~ Personal Representative of the estate of FRED GEORGE JAHN,
Deceased, be and she is hereby authorized to sell and convey unto
WILLIAM LO BRUTTO and HAROLD H. GOLDMAN the one-third (1/3)
interest of the estate upon the payment of $25,000.00, the
