5. HARRIET F. LOCRWOOD and SUN SANK OF~ST. LUCIE
COUNTY, Fort Pierce, Florida, whose addresses are set forth
above are qualified under the laws of Florida to serve as

personal representatives of the decedent's estate and are
entitled to preference in appointment as personal represen- i
tatives because they are the named personal representatives
under CLAUSE IV of decedent's Last Will.
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in ~ ~
this estate are:
Cash accounts having a value of less than $60,000.00. _
7. Petitioners are unaware of any unrevoked Will
or~Codicil other than as set forth in Paragraph 8.
8. The original of the decedent's last Will dated
February 5, 19?6, accompanies this petition.
9. Petitioners acknowledge that they are qualified

to act as personal representatives under the .laws of the
State of Florida; that they will faithfully administer the
estate of said decedent according to law, and HARRIET F.
~ LOCRWOOD hereby designates CHESTER B. GRIFFIN, a resident
~ of St. Lucie County, Florida, whose residence address is 151
Hartman Road, Fort Pierce, Florida, as her agent or attorney
I for service of process in any suit or action against her £

in her representative capacity, or personally if such personal
action accrued in the administration of this estate.
Petitioners request that the decedent's last will be
admitted to probate and that they be appointed personal ~ ~

representatives of the estate of. the decedent.
