LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT ~ ~

CECIL A. LOCKWOOD s ~
I, CECIL A. LOCKWOOD, of St. Lucie County., Florida,
do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will
and Testament, and hereby revoke any and all other Wills .
and Codicils heretofore made by me. ~
CLAUSE I: I direct mY personal representative to
pay out of my residuary estate all of my just debts, including i
the expenses of my last illness and funeral expenses.
CLAUSE II: The residue of my tangible personal

property (as distinguished from money, securities and the l~.ke);
and all my real estate, wherever located, I give and devise to
my wife, HARRIET F. LOCKWOOD, provided that if she does not ~
survive me, then I give my tangible personal property to~my
said son, WILLIAM, if he is then living, and my said real
estate shall be disposed of as apart of the residue as pro-
, vided below in CLAUSE III. I hope that whoever receives my

tangible personal property will dispose of it in accordance i

''i with my wishes, however made known, but I do not impose any

trust, condition or enforceable obligation in this connection.
j CLAUSE III: I give and devise my residuary estate to -

I TRUST dated February 9, 1968, as amended August 15, 1975,
~ and as amended this date prior to the execution of •this Will,
which trust was created by me as Donor, said property to
be added to the principal of said trust and administered -
pursuant to the terms thereof.
CLAUSE IV: I name and appoint my wife, HARRIET F.
LOCKWOOD, and SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, as personal repre-
sentatives of this Will, both to serve without bond.
