LAST WILL AND TESTAI~NT OF CECIL, A. LOCKWOOD - Page Two
My personal representatives are invested with fuli
power and authority to sell, convey, transfer and assign any
and all personal property and real estate belonging to my es-
fate.
CLAUSE V: In the event that my wife, HARRIET F.
LOCRWOOD, and I_die under such circumstances that it cannot
be determined which of us predeceased the other, I direct
that it shall be conclusively presumed that I predeceased my .
said wife, and the provisions of this Will shall be construed
.and the distribution of property shall be governed and regula-
ted as if I had, in fact,. predeceased my said wife .
