THIS CONTRACT is entered into this~~~`~~=-day of
March, 1980, by and between ORRIS J. ROEHLMOOS and BEVERLY W.
KOEHLMOOS, his wife, of Indianola, Iowa, hereinafter referred to '
as "Sellers", and MARTIN DONOVAN ROYCE and FRANCES ROYCE, his ~
wife, of Le Grand Mourier, St. John, Jersey Channel Island, B.R. ~
hereinafter referred to as "Buyers".

WHEREAS, the Sellers are the owners of certain
real property situate in the City of Port St. Lucie, St. Lucie

County, Florida, and known as: Lot 5, Block 190, of SOUTH PORT i
ST. LUCIE, UNIT 14, a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof
(
as recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 29 though 29C_, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and having erected thereon 333E
a dwelling known as: 2537 Morningside Boulevard, Port St. Lucie,

N WHEREAS, Sellers desire to sell and Buyers desire
to purchase the aforesaid property for the purchase price and on
the terms and conditions hereinafter set. forth.

~ NOW THEREFORE WITNESSETH:
~ IN CONSIDERATION of the reciprocal promises and in
' ~ .J .~i ~ furtherance of their objective, Sellers agree to sell and Buyers

agree to purchase from .the Sellers the aforesaid property,

i only to the matters as hereinafter set forth, the parties agree

DOLLARS has been paid as a down payment by the Buyers to the

Agreement, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged. by the
Sellers. This sum is being held by FLORIDA HOME FINDERS, INC.,
