The sum of EIGHT THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED ~ FIFTY AND NO/100 ($8,650.00) DOLLARS to be paid to Florida Home Finders, Inc., within ten days after the execution hereof and to - be held in behalf of the Sellers.. _ B. The additional sum of TWENTY EIGHT ~ THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY AND NO/100 ($28,750.00) DOLLARS plus closing costs as hereinafter defined at the time of closing. ; 1 C. The balance of EIGHTY SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/100 ($87,500.00) DOLLARS shall be payable in equal monthly installments of $804.44 in advance commencing thirty (30) days from the date of closing, which sum shall include interest at the rate of ten and one-half (10 1/2$) per cent per annum. - - D. Buyers acknowledge that they are aware ~ that the within property is subject to a Mortgage in favor of WILLIAMSBURG SAVINGS BANK, and in this connection Sellers agree to maintain said Mortgage in all respects fully current and free from default. Buyers further acknowledge that the Sellers are required to pay a tax and insurance escrow monthly payment to their said Mortgagee, and in addition to the payments as hereinabove required agree to pay an amount equal to such tax and i 4 insurance escrows.
