17. Sellers shall execute a Warranty Deed for the
conveyance of the property herein mentioned and deposit the same
with HAROLD H. GOLDMAN, ESQUIRE as escrow agent for the same who ~
shall hold and retain the same until this Contract is completed.
Upon payment of all monies due hereunder the said escrow agent
